how cosmos influences our health

3 SURPRISING SCIENTIFIC WAYS THAT OUR HEALTH IS CONNECTED TO THE COSMOS

We’ve all heard the axiom that we are all interconnected and that our thoughts and actions can impact not only our families and communities but also people around the globe. As it turns out, these connections are now measurable using tools that capture our physical and mental energy outputs and rhythms. What’s more, scientists and mathematicians have teamed up to show us how the earth’s electromagnetic fields, the sun’s solar activity, and the moon’s lunar cycles help shape our mental and physical well-being.

Take a look at how the cosmos impacts our daily sense of peace and happiness, and how we can utilize this game-changing knowledge to gain more control over our mind-body health while helping to uplift the world.

The Energetic Connection Between the Earth and Living Beings

Our planet actually emits not one, but two types of vibrational frequencies: geomagnetic frequencies and Schumann Resonances. The first comes directly from the magnetic field and the second from the ionosphere, which is situated about 50-370 miles above the Earth. Our human heart rhythms and brain waves have been scientifically shown to ‘sync up’ and vibrate at the same waves per second (known as Hertz) as these Earth frequencies. This means that events that affect the magnetic field of the ionosphere, such as solar flares and geomagnetic storms, have a direct effect on our heart, brain, and nervous system‘s rhythmic signaling.

Understanding the Ways Solar Activity Impacts Our Health

Solar activity is the main channel through which Earth’s frequencies are altered, and these changes have been shown to produce a whole host of effects on people’s health and well-being.  Heart health, blood pressure, depression levels, stress responses, and aggression have all been documented to be negatively impacted by increases in the Sun’s electromagnetic activity. There are even indications that solar flares and storms make people less likely to take risks.

These effects tend to manifest in varying degrees in different people, and scientists are working to understand the exact mechanisms by which certain people stay in a more balanced state of health during periods of high solar activity. One recent study reveals that those with illnesses, especially heart issues, were less able to adapt and ‘sync up’ with the Earth’s magnetic frequencies during solar flares and wind storms. Interestingly, this very lack of sensitivity to energetic changes triggered a stress response, which in turn led to a whole host of negative health issues. This seems to suggest that it is not the frequency changes themselves that cause the most harm, but instead, it is a lack of ability to properly adapt to them.

For those who do find their frequencies in tune with the Earth during periods of heightened solar activity, less harmful negative symptoms tend to occur. These include increased irritability, anxiety, and periods of insomnia. On the opposite end of the spectrum, the sun’s activity can also produce positive effects on people. When its electromagnetic activity reaches 2.8 Gigahertz, we experience the highest sense of well-being.

How the Moon Affects Our Emotions and Wellbeing

The moon’s cycles also can alter our normal patterns and disrupt our body’s internal balance. The most well-documented of these variances is that the bright light of the full moon has been shown to decrease melatonin levels. This disrupts our body’s normal circadian rhythms, which tend to keep us awake at night and throw off our normal hormonal responses. For instance, it can lead to an increase in cortisol levels, which lowers the vital immune responses that help protect us from a myriad of diseases.

Lower melatonin is also associated with decreases in heart health, including high blood pressure, elevated blood sugar levels, and increased cholesterol levels. Disruption of our normal circadian rhythms can also be detrimental to our mental health and concentration levels. This may be why doctors and nurses workers report an upswing in emergency room visits during the night of the full moon.

Using Heart-Centered Self-Care to Uplift Our Wellness and the World

HeartMastery - Shift to the Heart

What does all this mean for our overall health and well-being? By understanding the main effects of the sun, moon, and earth on the human body and mind, we can make more well-informed decisions about our self-care routine. For instance, we can eat foods that help boost melatonin production as the full moon approaches, such as walnuts, oats, and pineapple. Since our heart center houses the most powerful electromagnetic field in our body, ensuring that it is in coherence through proper breathing and meditation techniques can help balance out the challenging effects of earth-sun frequency fluctuations.

It’s also been shown that when people come together as a collective group, we can positively uplift other people’s vibrational frequencies. One major example of this is the 40-80% decrease in violence during the 1980s Lebanon-Israeli conflict when experienced meditators across 3 countries focused their intentions on peace for the area at intervals across a 27-month period. A more recent example is the 2017 Healing America experiment, which saw a 40% drop in violent crime in the 6 months following a group meditation to lower this type of crime in one St. Louis neighborhood.

By learning more about how our energy is interconnected with the sun, moon, earth – and each other – we can better influence our inner state of well-being while also helping to elevate the vibrations of the world.
