Raspberries With Raw, Vanilla Cashew Cream

You can whip this raw, vegan dessert in just a few minutes!

 

Ingredients:

2 cups of raw, organic cashews

6 oz fresh, organic raspberries

3 tsp organic vanilla extract

1 1/2 tbs organic maple syrup

3/4 cup purified water

organic cacao powder and raw bee pollen for decoration (and flavor, too!)

 

Directions:

Soak cashews overnight. Drain and rinse them the next morning. Add all the other ingredients into a high speed blender (Find out how to pick the best blender HERE==>>) and blend until really smooth.  Refrigerate for about 1 hour. Place the raspberries on a plate and pour a good amount of the cashew cream over them. Sprinkle generously with cacao powder and bee pollen. Enjoy!
